Fees
Most civil matters are hourly, with a written retainer and monthly statements. Some commercial collections and select disputes can be structured differently — ask at the consult. We do not take speculative contingency cases outside personal injury.
Courts
Richmond Circuit Court, Chesterfield, Henrico, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Appellate work is referred or co-counseled when the matter warrants it.
