Small Room, Big Difference
A bathroom is the cheapest room in the house to transform and the one you use first every morning. Most of our bath work falls into three buckets: a new vanity and top, a tub-to-shower conversion, or the full hall-bath refresh — vanity, top, tile, fixtures, lighting, done in about a week.
Vanities & Tops
Because we build cabinets, our vanities aren't limited to the 30/36/48-inch sizes on the shelf at the orange store. Got a 41-inch alcove? We'll build a 41-inch vanity, with drawers where the plumbing allows and a bank of shallow ones where it doesn't. Tops in quartz, marble, granite or cultured marble.
Tub-to-Shower Conversions
The most requested bath project since about 2015, usually for a parent planning to stay in the house. We remove the tub, re-do the plumbing to a proper valve, and build a tiled walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars that don't look like hospital equipment. Five working days, typically.
What a Hall Bath Costs
| Project | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Vanity + quartz top, installed | $2,400 – $4,800 |
| Tub-to-shower conversion, tiled | $8,500 – $13,000 |
| Full hall bath (vanity, tile, fixtures) | $12,000 – $19,000 |
Master baths run wider ranges because master baths run wilder ideas. Bring us yours.
