The crew showed up at 8, put down runners, and by Thursday I had a kitchen I didn't recognize. My only complaint is I should have done it five years ago.

Got three bids. Reborn wasn't the cheapest but they were the only ones who could tell me exactly who was doing the work. Turned out to be Manny and his crew, and they were terrific.

Four stars only because the hardware I picked was backordered two weeks. The work itself is flawless — the veneer corners are so clean my brother-in-law (a contractor) couldn't find a seam.

We did the tub-to-shower conversion for my mother, 83, who had opinions about every tile in the showroom. The installer, Ray, had more patience than any of her children. The bench and rails look like furniture, not a hospital.

What sold me: the estimator measured, gave me a price, and LEFT. No "let me call my manager," no tonight-only discount. Just a folder with the number and door samples. That's how you sell to an engineer.

They warned me painted white shows wear at the handles faster than stained wood. I picked painted white anyway, and three years later they touched it up under warranty without an argument. That's the whole review.

Custom pantry cabinet in a weird 33-inch gap the builder left us in 1978. Fits like it grew there. My wife shows it to guests before she shows them the grandkid photos.
